The HydroPlex™ is a self-contained, non-chemical synergistic system for the treatment of cooling towers and chillers. On average, cooling tower operating costs are reduced by 20-30%, water consumption is reduced by 20%, and maintenance costs are reduced by at least 50% annually after HydroPlex™ installation. The HydroPlex™ will normally pay for itself through the cost savings generated in one to three years. The average life cycle of a cooling tower or chiller is approximately 25 years, but can be extended substantially through HydroPlex™ usage.
The HydroPlex™ system is specially engineered for each Cooling Tower installation, even though all components are standardized for ease of assembly. Before installation, ECS completes a site survey of previous treatment methods, costs, tower condition, size and other necessary data. ECS uses this information to create a baseline of the cooling tower's history and current condition, and to insure a properly designed and installed system in order to validate the warranty.
