CAMDEN YARDS

Camden Yards has installed two ECS HydroPlex units to treat their 3000 ton air conditioning system. This large cooling tower/chiller circulates water at 9000 gpm to cool the facility.

The HydroPlex will provide Camden Yards with a "green" method of treating the cooling towers to prevent the formation of algae, control any bacteria (including Legionella bacteria), and prevent hard water scale formation on their equipment. Additionally, the HydroPlex will reduce water, energy and maintenance requirements while eliminating the need for chemical treatments.
